These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of veribound.com (the "Site"), operated by Veribound, Inc. ("Veribound," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms cover the public website and the customer portal; they do not, by themselves, govern Veribound product deployments, which are covered by separate agreements between Veribound and its customers.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about, evaluating, or working with Veribound. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it, probing or testing its security without our written authorization, scraping or bulk-harvesting its content, interfering with its operation, or submitting forms with false or misleading information.
2. Content and intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, documentation, and software, are owned by Veribound or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your organization's evaluation and use of Veribound. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

4. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services described in our Privacy Policy, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
5. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on the Site is provided for general information about Veribound and is not a contractual commitment; product capabilities, availability, and roadmap statements may change. Warranties applicable to the Veribound product, if any, are stated exclusively in the written agreements under which the product is licensed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veribound will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veribound's total liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Veribound harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Veribound, Inc. is a Delaware corporation registered to do business in California and headquartered there, and we comply with applicable California law; nothing in these Terms limits any rights you hold under California law that cannot be limited by agreement.
